Losing weight, eating healthier foods and cutting out sugary beverages are among the most common New Year’s resolutions. But sticking to them isn’t always easy.
At Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) we are committed to helping you make healthy choices. This is why we have introduced our “Your Health, Your Choice” healthy eating program within the BWH cafeteria. Driven by the latest nutrition research and using guidelines from the Harvard School of Public Health’s Healthy Eating Plate, we’ve created a color-coded labeling system on our foods and beverages that will help you to make healthy eating choices.
Our goal for Your Health, Your Choice is to help you make better food and beverage choices. In the end, you’re in control and we want to make sure you have the information you need.
